IMPORTANT!!  Submit your artwork along with a copy of the AD FORM to :


    1. When is the due date? Sunday, July 14
    2. How do we get the ad and artwork to you? Submit to 3. How do I get
    the 10% Off Discount? Ads PAID IN FULL by May 31 will receive the discount.
    4. Do I have to submit my artwork by May 31 to receive the discount? No, the ad only has to be purchased
    and paid in Full by May 31 to receive the discount. You can submit the artwork after May 31; however, all ad
    artwork must be received by the due date, Sunday, July 14.
    5. What do you need for the ad?
    We will need your artwork and text in order to create an ad for you. Businesses can submit their business
    cards, logo or pre-prepared ad in PDF format to

    6. Are photo shoot sessions FREE?
    Yes, the photo shoot sessions are FREE of charge, but you must sign-up to reserve a spot. Ad must be paid in full prior to photo session.Sign-up at
    7. Can you help me create the ad?
    Yes, we can help you create an ad (FREE OF CHARGE) -- just send us your pictures and text you would like to
    include in the ad and we will create an ad for you. We will send you a proof to review and approve before we
    submit the ad into the program.
    8. What do we do if a business needs a picture with an O’Connor athlete at their place of business?
    Contact Sandie Weilbacher who will try to round up an OC athlete for you.
    9. What are the size dimensions for each ad?
    1/4 page: 3.623” x 4.936”
    1/2 page: 7.3752” x 4.936”
    Full Page: 7.375” x 10”
    10. What type of file format can you use?
    JPEG or PDF -- No MS Word, Publisher or Powerpoint files please.
    11. What type of pictures should we include?
    You can include any photos you would like. If you have old baby, youth sport photos or business cards you
    would like to include, please scan them at 300 dpi resolution and email to Some
    cell phone pictures are usable if they are high resolution and high megapixel images. No selfies.
    (Recommendation: 1-2 photos per 1⁄4 page ad, 2-3 photos per 1⁄2 page ad; 3-5 photos per Full Page ad)
    12. What should the ad say?
    You can include any text you would like -- many people include bible verses, poems, special affirmations and
    personalized notes of love and appreciation to their athlete.
    13. How do we make payment?
    Payment can be made via Check, Credit Card and Online

    Yes, hard copies of the program can be purchased at O’Connor Varsity Football games.
    16. Who can purchase an ad?
    Anyone can purchase an ad... businesses, parents, grandparents, friends, etc......
